RETURN POLICY

  • Hopefully you love everything you have purchased, but if something does not work out, we’re here to help! Almost all items are NOT eligible for a return, please see below for exceptions & rules: 
  • If you feel you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 3 business days of the delivery date. Original tags (if applicable) must be attached & intact.

SHIPPING POLICY

  1. Processing time(2-7 working days)+ Shipping time.
  2. After your order has been received, every item will undergo strict quality control in order to ensure the product's quality. Please note that different items are subject to different processing times. Generally, the average processing time is 2 business days (approximately); however, this is dependent on the item's stock status. For small quantity orders, the processing time is 2-7 business days while large quantities can take approximately 3-9 business days to process.
  3. If your tracking shows that your package has not been delivered and there seems to be an unexplained delay in the delivery of your package, please feel free to contact us and we would be happy to help you.
  4. If you wish to reship an unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable package you are responsible for the new shipping cost.
  5. We are not responsible for lost, misdelivered, or stolen packages, or packages that were sent to the address that was entered in at checkout that the customer failed to correct. If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors and family members to make sure they did not receive it by mistake. Then feel free to file a claim with the appropriate delivery service.
